Q: How long have you been with the Clayton Homes of Pueblo Team?

A: I have recently celebrated 11 years here at CMH Pueblo! Has been a lot of fun and a very rewarding during my time with the Company.

Q: Tell us a little about what you do at Clayton Homes of Pueblo.

A: I’m fortunate to occupy a few different roles, but they all connect to one objective: helping turn housing needs and ideas into practical, achievable projects.

As Sales Manager for Clayton Homes of Pueblo, I work with our team to serve homebuyers and property owners throughout Southern Colorado. That can include helping customers select a home, understand the overall project, evaluate opportunities involving their land, and work through the decisions between an initial idea and a completed home.

I also serve in a specialized capacity as a Strategic Development Specialist when a project extends beyond a traditional individual home purchase. In that role, I help explore and advise housing opportunities involving municipalities, nonprofit organizations, developers, and community partners considering manufactured or modular housing as part of a broader solution.

Q: What kinds of customers and projects do you work with?

A: The range is broad. I work with traditional homebuyers, people who already own land, customers searching for property, developers, and community partners. Projects can range from a single home on private property to modular housing, infill development, duplex or multi-home concepts, and attainable or workforce-housing opportunities.
The scale may change, but the approach is similar: understand the goal, understand the site, identify constraints early, and help develop a workable path forward.
